The invitation email has a business card-like section at the top showing your company's logo, the sender's profile photo and name. When the recipient replies, it goes directly to the sender's email address. • Company logo: uploaded by the administrator in "Company Profile Settings". • Profile photo: each user uploads their own in "Personal Profile Settings". You can send invitations without uploading, but the business card section will be empty. Uploading is recommended because there are many phishing emails posing as system messages. When a recipient receives an email saying "click here to accept an invitation", their first instinct is often suspicion. When they see your company logo they recognize and the profile photo of the business contact they regularly communicate with in the card section, they'll feel confident clicking, and your invitation acceptance rate will improve noticeably. The invitation sending screen will remind you to upload your logo first if the system detects your company hasn't done so.
