1. Search: Click the magnifying glass icon in the top right navigation bar and enter a keyword (such as quotation number or customer name) to search. 2. Filter: Click the adjustment icon in the top right navigation bar to set filter conditions (for example, by status or date range) to narrow down the list. 3. Quick Operations: Click the "⋮" on the right side of a quotation row to expand the quick menu and perform operations such as edit, copy, or delete. 4. To add a new quotation, click the "⋯" (more options) in the top right to check if there is an entry point for adding a new quotation.
