Go to "Organization & Settings → Company Profile Settings → Integrations & Payment → UPS Connection Settings" and click the button under "Use Shino System Discounted Shipping Account (approximately one-third of standard rates)". A service terms dialog will open. After reading all ten terms, check the box "I have read and agree to the above service terms, and on behalf of my company agree to pay invoices issued by Shino Soft Co., Ltd." and then click "Agree and Activate".
