Shino Soft Co., Ltd. has a UPS account with negotiated rates at approximately one-third of UPS standard rates. After Patisco users activate this service, all UPS rate inquiries, bill of lading creation, and pickup scheduling use this account—you do not need to apply for your own UPS account. Shino Soft advances the shipping fees and then invoices your company based on actual usage.
Differences from "linking your own UPS account": • Your own account: Uses the rate your company negotiated with UPS; UPS bills your company directly; the screen displays standard rates, discounts, negotiated prices, and itemized fees; currently per-user basis, each colleague must link separately. • Shino Discounted Account: Uses Shino Soft's negotiated rate plus a publicly announced markup; Shino Soft issues the invoice; the screen shows only the shipping fee you actually pay; company-wide basis, one activation applies to the entire company.
