This is the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), which became formally applicable on August 12, 2024. In principle, all packaging materials entering the EU market (including cardboard boxes, packing tape, printing inks, etc.) must be accompanied by a Declaration of Conformity and corresponding technical documentation.
