The Declaration covers the entire packaging system, not a single material. Four most commonly omitted items:
① Sealing tape—it is a packaging component, and plastic tape becomes contamination in paper box recycling ② Printing inks, coatings, adhesives ③ Pallets and stretch film—Taiwan industry often does not count these as "packaging" ④ Collective outer plastic bag—the layer wrapping multiple items together
Include all of these in the system.
