Based on regulations verified as of September 2026, no. The current Annex I does not include bicycles (8712), bicycle and motorcycle parts (8714), electric-assist bicycles (8711 60), or hand tools (Chapter 82). We have checked the December 2025 expansion proposal (COM(2025) 989) item by item, and these tariff codes are not included there either—the proposal adds nails, springs, cast iron articles, automotive transmissions, wheels and suspensions, metal furniture, motors, and electrical wires. Note two important points: First, if you separately export fasteners (7318), aluminum tubes or profiles (7604, 7608), or parts reported under "Other steel articles" (7326), those tariff codes are controlled. Second, the European Parliament advocates expanding the proposal to 277 items, so the final list is not yet finalized. We check it monthly.
