Yes. The first prerequisite for "Online Direct Order Fulfillment" is "UPS account available", which refers to the account your company actually uses: if you have activated the Xinuo system discounted shipping account and the platform is functioning normally, this requirement is met.
After activation, when visitors check out on the public page, shipping fees will be estimated using the Xinuo system discounted shipping account (with platform markup applied first to get the actual fee charged to your company), then add the shipping markup and fixed handling fee you set on the public page.
If the platform suspends providing the discounted shipping account, already-enabled online order fulfillment cannot be re-enabled, and visitor fee estimates will revert to "shipping fee to be determined". In this case, please link your own UPS account instead.
