Taiwan enterprises have excellent product quality, but overseas buyers don't know us. How do we establish initial trust?

Building trust requires allowing buyers to do their homework before contacting you. Several effective entry points: First, establish multilingual product information pages so overseas buyers can read specifications, applications, and FAQs in their own language. Second, provide clear sample policies and MOQ statements to lower the barrier for buyers to test you. Third, organize past case studies or certification documents, presenting them around "what problem does it solve" rather than just listing specs—this resonates more with people. Fourth, keep written records of quotation and order exchanges so the other party feels you operate systematically and follow rules, not just toss out random numbers. Together, these are far more convincing than sales pitch alone.
