1. Open the AI conversation page (New AI conversation) on mobile. 2. In the "Ask AI a question..." input box at the bottom, type "Import suppliers". If you have a supplier file, you can first tap the paperclip icon on the left of the input bar to upload it, or use the camera icon next to it to take a photo and upload. 3. Tap the send (paper plane) button at the bottom right to submit. 4. Review the import preview in the AI's reply. It lists the counts (new, reuse existing, skipped) and the field mapping. 5. If everything is correct, type "Add" in the input box and send it within the time limit the AI states. The import is only executed then.
You can ask: "Import suppliers" (with a CSV of 12 rows attached). The AI will reply: "12 rows in total: 12 new, 0 reuse existing, 0 skipped. Field mapping: Company Name → Name; Email → Email; Tax ID → Tax ID; Phone → Phone. Please type 'Add' to confirm this operation."
