Tap the "Ask AI a question..." input box at the bottom and type your question. 3. Tap the send (paper plane icon) button at the bottom right to send the question. 4. Read the PO number, supplier, creation date, and status in the AI's reply, as well as the note on the counting criteria at the end.
You can ask: "What is our most recent PO?" The AI replies like this: it is labeled "Compiled by AI, data from a live API query" and lists the PO number SIM-DL-PO-F0040-1013, the supplier 宏泰鏈條工業有限公司, the creation date 2026-10-13 (Taipei time), and the status "Confirmed". It also explains that this is the latest PO obtained by sorting by creation date among POs in the "active" statuses (editing + confirmed), with no time period specified.
