1. If your company uses Google accounts, tap “Sign in with Google” at the bottom center of the login page. 2. If you use a Microsoft account, tap “Sign in with Microsoft” at the very bottom center. 3. If you forget your password, tap “Forgot Password?” on the right below the password field, then follow the on-screen instructions to reset it. 4. After the reset is complete, go back to the login page, enter your “User ID” and “Password”, and tap “Login”.
