Pure price competition is a battle Taiwan manufacturers should avoid. The effective approach is to turn "quotation" into an opportunity to "explain value": clearly highlight Taiwan manufacturing's quality assurance, delivery stability, specification flexibility, or existing certifications and test reports. How the quotation itself is presented also matters—clearly state shipping terms (Incoterms), payment conditions, minimum order quantities, and batch flexibility all at once, so the buyer doesn't need back-and-forth confirmation, and deal speed naturally increases. Additionally, for established clients, you can set different price tiers and trading conditions for each customer, maintaining incentives for long-term cooperation instead of relying on renegotiation each time to retain the customer.
