Young employees in our company are very familiar with AI, but the boss and managers can't keep up. How should we handle this gap?

This gap exists in many traditional enterprises. You can address it from two directions simultaneously. On one hand, give young employees familiar with AI opportunities to propose ideas within concrete business workflows—for example, which steps can be accelerated with tools, how to reduce redundant data entry. This lets their technical knowledge be applied to actual work instead of just used privately in their own habits. On the other hand, senior managers don't need to learn how to operate the tools, but they need to understand 'what decisions is this tool making and on what basis,' so they can judge whether results are trustworthy and how responsibilities are assigned. The article's view is that cooperation between old and new is possible. The key is that the older generation is willing to open their minds, rather than simply rejecting what they're unfamiliar with.
