Tyres and inner tubes—codes 4011 (new tyres), 4012, 4013 (inner tubes) are regulated, including bicycle and motorcycle tyres. Natural rubber origin must be traced. Wooden furniture and wood products—9403 30–60 (wood furniture), 4414–4421 (various wood products), ex 9401 (wooden chairs). Pulp, paper, and paper products—entire chapters 47, 48 are regulated (except bamboo and recycled fibre products). This covers cardboard boxes, paper bags, and paper stationery. Plywood, wooden flooring, building materials—4407–4413, 4418. Rubber gloves—ex 4015 regulated. Other rubber parts—4016 currently regulated, but the delegated regulation of July 2026 proposes to remove it; the review period has not yet ended. Handles and grips classified under finished product codes (e.g. 8714) are not in the annex.
