Tyres (4011) and inner tubes (4013) are regulated. Handles and brake pads are usually classified under bicycle parts tariff code 8714, which is not in Annex I and currently does not apply. However, the annex is reviewed every two years. For products containing natural rubber, it is advisable to ask your raw material suppliers if they can provide origin data.
