Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/1565 adjusted Annex I: leather (4101, 4104, 4107), transmission belts and other vulcanized rubber products (4010, 4016), and automotive, motorcycle, and aircraft seats are proposed to be removed; instant coffee and palm oil derivatives, among others, are newly added. The new items apply from 30 December 2027. This regulation is still under review by the European Parliament and Council.
