1. Find the "Analytics" and "Analytics v1.0" tabs on the left below the Dashboard title. The currently selected tab is Analytics v1.0. 2. Tap the other tab to switch the dashboard's analytics view. 3. The gear icon at the right of the tab bar opens the dashboard settings. 4. To use other functions, tap the hamburger menu icon at the top left to expand the sidebar. The chat icon to its right opens the chat/messaging function. 5. If you need support, tap the floating customer service icon at the bottom right to contact customer service.
