Where in V5 can I link my Google or Microsoft mailbox so that my correspondence syncs in?

1. Click "Profile Settings" under "Organization & Settings" in the left sidebar. 2. Scroll down to the "My Mailbox" section. 3. Click "Link Google mailbox" or "Link Microsoft mailbox". 4. Complete the linking by following the authorization screen, and your correspondence will sync into the discussion threads. 5. If you only want to try it out or verify the feature, click "Link test mailbox" instead. Known issue: No problems were found in this round of testing.
