How do I import a supplier list (CSV) with the AI assistant in V5?

1. Click “AI assistant” in the left sidebar. 2. Click “New chat” to start a new conversation, or select an existing one from the list on the left. 3. Click the paperclip icon on the right side of the input box and upload the CSV file you want to import (for example, a supplier list). 4. Type “Import suppliers” in the input box and press Enter to send (Shift + Enter is a new line). 5. Check the file summary in the AI's reply, the counts (new / reused / skipped), and whether the column mapping is correct. 6. Once everything looks right, click the “Add” button in the yellow warning box, or type “Add” in the input box. Only then will the AI actually write the data.

You can ask, for example: “Import suppliers” (with a 12-row CSV attached). The AI will reply like this: “12 records in total: 12 new, 0 existing reused, 0 skipped. Column mapping: Company name → Name; Email → Email; Tax ID → Tax ID; Phone → Phone. Please enter ‘Add’ to confirm this operation.”
