It isn't broken. Usually the "Manual image switching (show left/right buttons)" switch is still off. When it is off, the banner rotates automatically, and the dots only show which image is currently displayed. They can't be clicked.
How to fix it: 1. Open the catalog, and in the settings panel on the left, scroll to the "Ad banner" section. 2. Turn on the "Manual image switching (show left/right buttons)" switch. 3. In the preview area on the right, confirm that the left and right buttons appear and that the dots can be clicked. 4. Click "Upload changes" at the top right to publish. Buyers and visitors will only see the change after you publish.
