What do the status labels (Editing, Negotiating, Both Parties Confirmed) on the mobile PO list mean? Where do I create a new PO?

1. Each PO has a status label that shows its progress: - Editing: being edited - Negotiating: under negotiation - Both Parties Confirmed: confirmed by both parties 2. The P0 next to the label is the version label. 3. To perform other actions on a PO, tap the "⋮" single-item options on the right side of that entry. 4. To create a new PO, first tap "⋯ More" at the far right of the upper right corner and check the function menu inside.
